Required Qualifications
- HS/GED.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience backing up or supporting an IT help desk operation.
- Vocational or technical training in Computer Operations or Computer Technology Support.
- CompTIA A+ or the ability to obtain certification within nine (9) months of hire.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- MCSA Windows Server 2012 or 2016.
- CompTIA Network+.
- Experience with Office 365.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
