Job Description
The Campus Print and Mail Center delivers world-class service to the students, staff, and faculty of The College of Saint Rose. . As a Site Operations Supervisor, you will play an integral role in supporting the college’s mission to provide these special services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent professional Customer Service to clients.
- Supervise team of four Customer Service Specialists.
- Oversee site operations.
- Coordinate and prepare projects for printing from start to client delivery.
- Place and track equipment service calls via electronic database and e-mail.
- Deliver paper and supplies for equipment to each department.
- Sorting and distribution of mail (letters, cards, flats and packages) and office supplies.
- Data entry into electronic database or manual logs of postage accounting and departmental chargebacks, job status, downtime, repairs and service order tracking on all mailing equipment and software at client site.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of direct Customer Service experience with strong references of a “customer first” attitude
- Experience with Canon digital products a plus
- Strong PC skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize requests
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Mail or Print Center experience a plus
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 pm, overtime as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Ability to work on feet for long periods of time, walk, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Specific vision abilities to include close vision and color vision.
