Job Description:

As a Customer Service Specialist at One Hundred Concepts, you will embody our company's values while performing essential tasks related to shipping, kitting, and Customer Service. This role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping Management:
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders for shipment.
• Collaborate with shipping carriers to coordinate pickups and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain meticulous records of shipments and tracking information.
• Kitting:
• Execute product assembly and packaging with precision and attention to detail.
• Monitor inventory levels of kitting materials and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
• Customer Service:
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to customers embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, shipping, or logistics is advantageous.
• Exemplary communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable and punctual, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the company.
• Flexibility to adapt to the demands of a small company environment, including occasional overtime and schedule adjustments.
