Key Responsibilities:
● Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with
empathy and understanding.
● Develop in-depth knowledge of our woodworking products and machinery to effectively
assist customers.
● Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in all customer interactions.
● Show adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
● Collaborate with team members to improve Customer Service strategies and processes.
● Respond to customer emails and answer phone calls in a highly professional and
courteous manner. Ensure clear, concise, and positive communication at all times.
● Address customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate and comprehensive information
about our products and services.
● Assist customers with technical-related issues regarding our products, guiding them
through troubleshooting steps and providing clear, easy-to-understand solutions.
● Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, features, and
specifications to effectively inform and advise customers.
● Assist customers with order placement, modifications, tracking, and any post-purchase
queries.
Requirements:
● Proven Customer Service experience with a track record of going above and beyond for
customers.
● Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
● Strong motivation to learn about our products, services, and the woodworking industry.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
● A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.86 - $25.00 per hour
