Pay rate: $20.07/hr
Shift availability Mon – Fri, 8a-5p, Hybrid
Length: Four (4) months with possibility of extension

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
Provide Customer Service related to Benefit Administration, Health and Welfare, Pension, Retirement questions via phone, email, or webforms
Load documents into Salesforce
Data entry
Operational suppport
Education/Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Benefits experience required
Strong Customer Service skills
Strong admin skills
Salesforce experience preferred
Note:
This role is Hybrid, thus, open to candidates near/in/around Winston Salem, NC
Pay Details: $20.07 per hour
