Customer Service Specialist

RMS is a growing clean beauty brand that is seeking a Customer Service Specialist.

Our Customer Service Specialist Schedule:

• 1stShift - Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm, with the possibility of some overtime could be needed though out parts of the year.

Position Details:

• Provide exceptional Customer Service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Research and resolve order related issues; order status, tracking updates, and carrier claims.
• Educate customers on our product offerings and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Ensure that delivery at all contact points is timely, on brand, and consistent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as social and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with product troubleshooting and offer technical support when needed.
• Could be asked to work in various roles to help the company be successful.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, sales from support, and improve overall Customer Service processes.
