Responsibilities:
Deliver world class
customer service via a multi-line phone system, chat and email
Building customer relationships
Updating customer information accurately
Invoicing in QuickBooks
Assist shipping as needed with pulling inventory for orders
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Google products
3 - 5 years
customer service experience
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
Experience scuba diving preferred but not required
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
QuickBooks experience
MS Office Suite
Ability to efficiently multi-task while staying organized
Self-starter with 2 -3 years of
customer service experience
A love of the ocean and a passion for sea life is a MUST!
