Customer Service, Shipping And Receiving

Job Summary:
Mid America Screw Products is seeking a Customer Service / Shipping Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service, processing customer sales orders, invoicing and coordinating on-time shipments. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or inquiries they may have.

Benefits/Hours

Hours are Monday - Thursday 8am-4:30pm.

We are currently working 4 days a week. This is subject to change based on customer demand.

Major Medical and Dental is covered 100% by MAS at no additional cost to you after 30 days.

Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and process sales orders via phone and email.
- Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs repetitively for UPS shipments.
- Light assembly work is occasionally required.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Work closely with the production manager to ensure on-time deliveries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Basic math skills for order processing and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Forklift experience is a plus
