Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate effectively with existing and new customers
- Check inventory and communicate with customer regarding their orders
- Go to group drop-offs at different hospitals and nursing practices when needed
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be helpful
- Computer Inventory management system
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service aptitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- Punctuality (come in and leave on time)
- Basic computer skills
- Problem solving (be able to resolve any customer's questions on their own)
