In our efforts to provide a unique experience for our clients, our sales consultants enjoy the benefits of customer "single contact experience". This provides our clients with a single point of contact throughout the buying experience. Our sales consultants assist clients with the vehicle purchase, exploring available protection options and oversee signing of all required documents. Our pay plans are structured to benefit our staff on the complete process from beginning to the delivery.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Utilize our daily client follow up system.
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
- Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and texting in a professional manner
- Generate sales appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
- Handle incoming phone leads
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly
- Follow up with leads.
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
