POSITION SUMMARY:
Support Mix Room process by following all Safety and GMP and good housekeeping guidelines, supporting the ice cream making process by blending following order of addition, flavoring mix tanks post pasteurization, tearing down for CIP, Setting up for production, and testing mix tanks using CEM in accordance with standards operating procedures. While working in the Mix room you will support the Pasteurizer that is on the HTST. When in the straining room you will follow the direction of the Straining Room Coordinator. Actively participate in continuous improvement teams or projects, and support and participate in Dreyers Grand Ice Cream activities and processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Follow all GMP policies
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Straining Fruit and Flavoring Tanks
- Dry Blending
- Keeping areas clean
- Master Sanitation Schedule
- Other duties may be assigned

At Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The pay scale for employees currently in this role is $17.03 per hour. A good faith estimate of the range the company will pay for successful applicants for the current opening is $17.03 per hour.
