We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Rep to join our front desk team at our Phoenix facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and support to our customers in-store, over the phone, and online. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
This is a FT, hourly role reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Schedule: M:F 7:30am-4pm
During our high season, April-August, you will be working (2) Saturdays per month

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional Customer Service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be interacting with customers via walk-in, inbound phone calls, and website leads.
Prospecting and Lead Management:
Identify potential customers through leads and generated customers. Qualify leads based on criteria for the Sales Department and outbound sales team. Note: This role will not be eligible for commissions, but bonus opportunities will be available in the near future.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate up-to-date records (quotes, sales, invoices) using our CRM software, Odoo, and Microsoft Office. You will be responsible for entering sales and processing payments.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their needs and challenges to effectively position Aeromist professional products and services. Provide the best knowledge of pricing, products, and all services.
Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales team to align strategies and achieve overall revenue and KPI goals.Communicate effectively with team members to share insights and collaborate on new and existing accounts.
