Job Description
Position: CSR Warehouse Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry of distributor orders
- Communicate with distributors regarding order status/issues
- Coordinate freight for distributor orders
- Process distributors' invoices and file paperwork
- Review shipping paperwork for accuracy
- Assist with shipping records
- Data entry of stock transfers and receipt of purchase orders
- Assist with shipping and receiving activity
- Review drivers' deposits and settlement recaps for accuracy
- Scan daily deposits
- Follow up on past due accounts receivables and NSF
Job Requirements:
- High School General Education Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and calculation skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent follow-up skills
- Two years of experience in Customer Service and/or general office experience in an administrative role that includes various Clerical and Accounting functions
- Fluent in oral and written communication in English
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft business applications
