Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A Flexible schedule which can include Saturdays

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases - Scheduling driving lessons and 5 hour classes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Note: Previous Customer Service and sales experience is required. However, Training will be provided.

Pay ranges from 16-17 per hour.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
