This will be a in person position. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We have two different locations with Full-Time opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens our brand.
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude!
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields a plus but not required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on a fast pace environment
