SalaryWe are a small friendly ecommerce business looking for someone to help with Customer Service via phone, email and chat. Hours are M-F 8:30am - 5pm. We will train you on our products and systems. Benefits include medical, dental, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, paid holidays and 401K.
Friendly, organized, and reliable person with good attention to detail. Good typing skills and basic math skills required. Previous Customer Service experience (in-person, phone or chat) preferred. Some graphics experience is preferred as graphic file manipulation is part of the role, however, you will not be designing art from scratch.
Ecommerce business shipping custom stamps, embossing seals and custom gifts in one business day. Google Trusted Store and in business since 1993.
