Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Candidates must be professional and polite. Good phone etiquette is required. We offer a 4 day work week, 10am - 8pm schedule.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone
- Answer customer questions for claim filings
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in Customer Service or related field preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
