A Beaverton manufacturing entity is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! Responsibilities:
- Ongoing development and service of existing and prospective customers.
- Representations of the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Data entry of all incoming orders, updating client information, filing and other general office duties.
- Handling all levels of interaction with customers via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
- Preparing quotes for customers on an as needed basis.
- Performing routine follow up with current customers and/or suppliers.
- Assist with inventory counts & any other projects assigned by management. Customer focused mindset and positive/reliable team member.

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Applicants must complete computer-based testing with Spherion in order to be considered for this role.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
