Monitors client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Documents and maintains client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software. Horse experience/background essential.

We are looking for a mature individual who would strive to make this a career. Candidates with a horse background (experience working with and around horses) is essential. The schedule is Monday - Friday with a start time of 8am-5pm (with a 1hr lunch break).
The job requires strong phone and Customer Service skills as the administrative staff field all incoming calls into the hospital ranging from general client questions, appointments, emergencies, referrals, pharmaceutical companies and everything in between! We are a very high paced equine veterinary facility requiring excellent multi-tasking skills. We have 11 veterinarians on staff and are continuing to grow.
