Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and after-sales service
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and account information
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in sales or upselling is beneficial
- Proficient in data entry and analysis
