HomeSite Services, Inc. is currently accepting applications for a full time well qualified Customer Service Representative in our Tile and Solid Surface Division in Sacramento, CA.
Homesite Service’s Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibility is to work with Builder/Client Customer Service Reps to complete warranty work, process material & workmanship claims, along with other Customer Service operations to the satisfaction of our Builder/Clients and Homeowners.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Process new Customer Service requests.
- Contacting Builder/Client Customer Service reps to coordinate inspections and repairs as needed. (Occasional Homeowner communication).
- Process material orders as needed depending on work to be performed.
- Request Purchase Orders for work/material not covered by warranties.
- Communicate to Manager any escalated issues to ensure expectations to Builder/Client are met.
- Close out Customer Service requests upon completion.
- Additional miscellaneous duties within Homesite Customer Service department.

This is an hourly position. A full-time employee is eligible for a benefits package on the first of the following month after 60 days of full-time employment.
