Job Title: Customer ServiceRepresentative
As a Customer Service Representative at CityPress, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional Customer Service. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and concerns.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate print solutions based on their requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide updates to clients regarding order status, shipping details, and any potential delays.
- Address and resolve customer issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with printing processes and technologies is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other Customer Service tools.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Knowledge of printing processes and terminology is an advantage.
