Customer Service Rep

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift, 8:00-4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18-20/hr
Location: Glen Burnie, MD
Experience: Entry level, 1-2 years, 5+ Years
Technical Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:
- Gain necessary product and industry knowledge to assist customers in identifying their product needs
- Build and improve customer relationships through personal interactions
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt sales and service support for customers
- Coordinate efforts and act as a liaison between customers and the company to achieve effective delivery of our company’s products and services
- Follow all defined procedures and work instructions in order to properly process customers’ quotes and orders
- Order materials, services, and supplies, as needed.
Technical Customer Service Rep Requirements:
- Generally proficient on MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
- Minimum of 1 year recent work experience in office admin or clerk role.
- Strict attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service experience.
