As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its clientele within a retail setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers in person within a retail setting to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
