Job Summary: We are the main connection point for our customers related to billing, account, and issues related to internet, voice and video services. It is our job to ensure customers receive effective communication and timely resolutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Wow customers through email and phone interactions
- Ask effective questions to discover what is happening and coordinate with the right groups to resolve issues
- Research and resolve general billing issues
- Open, track, and manage customer trouble tickets to ensure efficient resolution times
- Create orders to add, change, move, or disconnect Customer Services
- Partner with Sales and Technical teams to effectively manage customer products, orders, service needs
- Maintain working knowledge of systems and processes necessary to provide great Customer Service
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years Customer Service experience
- Previous Telecommunications experience a plus
- Proficient in a Windows-based computer environment, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquette
- Basic written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
- Dependable with attendance and punctuality
- Loyalty to a company and team - Looking for year commitment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic
