Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Stockroom Inventory

This position would include providing excellent Customer Service as a shoe fitter, managing and organizing freight in the stock room, pulling online orders, and other daily store tasks.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent Customer Service, while consistently meeting the store’s and your own personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge and training to correctly fit customers feet in store from a wide selection of shoe types
• Communicating issues with orders, transfers, etc to the correct coworker to solve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Help in put away of stock from shipments and transfers.
• Help the sales floor when needed to provide excellent Customer Service by a customer first mentality
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales and improve store inventory management
• Maintain presentable displays and sales floor
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer fitting outcome
• Complete store chores and tasks to ensure a clean facility and welcoming store atmosphere

Skills

• Basic understanding Customer Service practices
• Ability to learn and continuously improve on your knowledge as a fit specialist
• Ability to stay on task and finish assigned work as an individual and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both reading and writing
• Track record of maintaining low error rates of work performed
• Experience with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address issues in a timely manner

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
