Our product line includes a wide variety of bedroom, case goods, upholstered goods, dining, occasional, lighting, and bedding.

Our service is to offer our valued customers the best combination of quality product and price. With our own trucking fleet, we have the capabilities to quickly ship dealers as soon as next day. We are always striving to offer quality product and service at the best value to our customers.

• Make a daily call list---This is from your total customer list. (at least 5)
• Make at least 5 calls to request orders per day from existing customers. (This is intended to get more product on a truck that is scheduled or to get enough orders to fill a truck)
• This is a key role in your job description. Reaching out to customers and asking for an order.
• This will serve as a reminder to them to check and see if they need our product. This is a strong support of our outside sales force because they cannot get to every customer every week.
• Must send a detailed email to Marvin and Jon by 4 pm updating them with the content of the conversations.
• Make at Least 3 Inactive Account Calls a day.
• You must Reach out to 3 Accounts that are Inactive in your territory(60 days or more with no sales) and to understand a reason that they have not done business with us.
• Upsell and sell specials
• The goal is to fill trucks completely and to sell specific merchandise that we need to sell
• This should be done at the beginning or at the end of every conversation
• Additionally your job is to perform the following; (Delivery and service related
• Review open order status for assigned territory—build trucks for delivery—close all open order that should be closed—identify problems with open order and bring them to manager
• Upsell our furniture products to expand sales—trucks should have 8K or more before shipping. Exceptions need to be approved by manager.
• Sell weekly specials
• Track successful delivery of assigned truck. Call driver along the route to make sure all is going as planned.
• Maintain an efficient and friendly work atmosphere
• Provide outstanding Customer Service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
