We’re hiring (2) part-time, hourly CSRs (~25-35 hours / week) with a path to grow into full-time, year-round salaried positions. We are a seasonal business so hours vary somewhat throughout the year. Available openings are:

MORNING:

Monday-Friday, 6am-12pm

OR

AFTERNOON:

Monday-Friday, 1pm-7pm

$18 / hour

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

1) Provide exceptional Customer Serviceover the phone by:

Proficiently explaining our services to new prospective clients (NO cold calling) and converting these phone calls into new customers at least 75% of the time.

Answering incoming calls from Mosquito Joe customers and prospects while courteously handling any questions, concerns or complaints they may have.

2) Assist in the management of daily service vehicle routes to optimize efficiency.

3) Accurately enter new customers in the Mosquito Joe system and schedule current customers for service.

Job Requirements:

- Exceptional Customer Service and phone skills.

- Extremely well-organized with attention to detail – must be able to multi-task.

- Strong computer skills, ability to type adequately.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite products and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.

- History of excellent reliability/job attendance.

- Stationary job: must be able to tolerate sitting at least 50% of the time.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
