Customer Service Representative

Handyman Heroes is looking for a HEROIC Customer Service Representative!

Do you have a positive, enthusiastic and fun attitude? If so, we want to talk to you!

Hours will be from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday with a 60 minute lunch.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a HEROIC CSR who can

• Handle service calls and emails from our clients with a smile
• Schedule work orders accordingly
• Assist production with day to day scheduling tasks
• Enjoys multitasking and problem solving

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required: A high school diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of two years experience including hands on training and or work in telephone sales is required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

You must be able to read and write English well enough to read and prepare invoices, work order notes, and proposals. You must be able to type up Invoices and Proposals quickly and intelligently.

Job Type: Full-time

7:00 AM -4:00 PM with an hour-long lunch break

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
