SupplyOne is hiring a Customer Support Representative for our largest client in the Packaging and Manufacturing Industry. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional customer experiences and providing unmatched support to the Customer Service team! In this role, you won't just be answering phones and emails; you'll be a pivotal link between various departments, serving as a liaison to sales, design, manufacturing, and more. You'll have the autonomy to exercise your decision-making skills, ensuring each interaction contributes to delivering on our promise of quality and performance standards. This position will be a direct hire role and will sit on-site in our Tucson, AZ location.
Day to Day:
- Analyzing data
- Utilizing Excel for various functions
- Crafting insightful reports to support our commitment to excellence.
- Processing orders and generating quotes
- Maintaining up-to-date price lists and resolving customer concerns

- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Comfortable interacting with customers and cross-functional teams
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Packaging or Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not required.
