Customer Service Representative / Track And Tracing Agent

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

** Please Note this Position is from 05:00 am -1 :00 pm

Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or escalate complex issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide outstanding Customer Service at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual or skills are a plus, especially proficiency in
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build rapport
