Your Schedule: (8am - 5pm) Monday - Friday in Huntington Beach
Your Pay: ($23.00 - $24.00 / hour)
Position is In-Office (located in Huntington Beach)
Your Responsibilities!
- Scheduling a wide range of client cases at least a month in advance
- Work in a fast-paced environment where client needs are constantly changing
- Scheduling 100+ Caregivers
- Engage directly with clients and employees to help solve a wide range of problems.
- On call phone coverage rotation
- Ability to learn scheduling system at a fast pace.
