We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to help our our customers inquiring about our programs, services, and assist with forms and applications at our Van Nuys School.

· Excellent Customer Service and Administration skills

· Inboud/outband student calls

· Entering Data and attention to detail

· Assisting our students with admnistrative services

Requirements:

· Education: Must have a high school diploma

· Customer Service: 1 year

· Phone Experience: 1 year

· Spanish: required

· Type: 35 WPM

· MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday| 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Friday|8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $17.00/ hour + potential quarterly bonuses
