Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Maintain patient records and update medical information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Process referrals healthcare providers or specialists
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Familiarity with ABA or Behavior Analysis is required
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
