Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative job will provide excellent Customer Service to clients and work in the roll-off dumpster department of the business. You will be responsible for scheduling dumpster service requests for new and existing customers. The Customer Service Representative must be comfortable speaking on the phone, interacting with customers and clients, attending to customers' needs, and solving customer concerns.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Answer high-volume of phone calls
Respond to emails
Speak to clients and customers in a friendly manner
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating service information through data entry.
Enter work orders for scheduling with our dispatch team. Communicate with dispatchers for service questions
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
Ability to learn industry specific computer software
Prior experience in a Customer Service, reception or administrative role
Enthusiastic, detail-orientated, and comfortable working independently
Professional and courteous communication skills are mandatory for this position. Communication between customers, co-workers and dispatchers will play a key role.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and showing respect to others.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
Experience Customer Service: 1 year

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
