Who we’re looking for:  

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service? ARC Document Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative / Repro Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, providing front desk reception to customers and handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, you'll be responsible for producing both large and small format reprographics, scanning documents, and managing the invoicing and billing process for orders.  

In this role you will:  

•       Greet and assist customers at the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanor.
•       Manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
•       Produce high-quality large and small format reprographics according to customer specifications.
•       Perform document scanning to create digital files as needed.
•       Process and manage invoices and billing for customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:  

•       Previous experience in Customer Service and/or reprographics production preferred.
•       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•       Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
•       Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
•       Proficiency in basic computer skills.
