WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide inbound Customer Service for a leading healthcare payments company.
- Consistently provide a great customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Work from home opportunity
- Minimum 1+ years of Customer Service experience, healthcare preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Must respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
- High School Diploma required
- Background check & drug screening required
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
- A laptop or desktop (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
- Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
- USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
- Webcam (external or embedded)
