Position:Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at Encodle Link, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, order placements, and issue resolution.
- Providing personalized solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously striving to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.
- Competitive salary range: $890 - $1098 per week.
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
