Job duties for this position include:
- Serving as an integral contact point for our customers
- Process daily transactions
- Balance a teller drawer daily
- Help customers in-person, over the phone, or online with any banking needs they have
- Promote and sell beneficial bank products and services.

Requirements
- Applicants must possess excellent Customer Services skills and the ability to work well as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Cash handling and some computer skills are preferred, and prior banking experience is considered a plus, but is not required.
- Customer Service Representatives are expected to work approximately 20-25 hours per week and will include rotating Saturday shifts.
- Applicants must have the ability to operate a computer, telephone, fax, postage machine, coin and currency counter, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
