- Coordinate and enter production orders into ERP system.
- Work with computer systems including customer EDI, fax, email or other means of communication.
- Engage, learn and utilize supplier specific ERP systems.
- Assist in the resolution of customer issues.
- Create, organize, maintain and update customer files.
- Coordinate closely with Manufacturing Analysts, scheduling and production to expedite and follow up on customer orders and provide support to give customers quality service.
- Quality Responsibility: responsible for providing error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.
Skills/Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and manufacturing software systems.
- Provide high quality work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Speak, write and comprehend conversational English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

O'Neal Manufacturing Services Cedar Falls, is located in the Cedar Falls Industrial Park just off of Highway 20. We use fiber and CO2 lasers to cut metal. We also offer advanced manufacturing processes such as MIG Welding, forming, machining and laser welding and heat treating.
