Transwest in Brighton, CO is currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative you will monitor and update information, answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers, participate in quality assurance, and other duties listed below. The successful candidate will have a service oriented mindset that leads you to build trust and loyalty with our customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct report to service manager.
- Answer incoming phone calls to ensure all calls are answered within a timely manner (three rings).
- Responsible for greeting customers.
- Ability to answer customer questions during pickup or status of their vehicle.
- Present invoice and review with customer.
- Walk customer to cashier.
- Work with service advisor and shop foreman to ensure customer needs and requests are met.
- Assist Service Advisor with invoicing and customer contact.
- Assist with Uptime updates as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
- Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
- Ability to climb into and out of customer vehicles.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- Detail oriented, multitasker, and organized.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
JOB DETAILS:
- Type: Hourly
- Compensation Range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
- Bonus Eligibility: No
- Reports To: Service Manager
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
