SalaryTrimline Windows, Inc. is a family owned and operated custom window manufacturing facility in the Warminster area. We are currently seeking a positive and motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. Tasks include:
- Answer customer questions and inquiries via phone and e-mail
- Foster customer relationships
- Provide customer support for online quoting system
- Provide customer support for product selection inquiries
- Order Entry
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer technology
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule, Compensation, and Benefits:
- Flexible Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available
- Starting rate $18-$22/hr. with advancement opportunity
