We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our organization, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and employees. The successful candidate will excel in multitasking, communication, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and screen incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage the flow of visitors and ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients, guests, and employees.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization's products, services, and facilities.
• Schedule and manage appointments for executives and other staff members.
• Maintain and update the daily schedule to ensure efficient use of time.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining office supplies.
• Support various departments with basic clerical duties as needed.
• Relay messages accurately and promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Keep staff informed of important announcements and updates.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies, replenishing items as needed.
• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Issue visitor badges and maintain a log of visitors for security purposes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar Customer Service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers, and photocopiers).
• Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
