Job Description
We're looking for an Office Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our team! Must have excellent Customer Service skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
-Answering phones & assisting customers with inquiries
-Maintain daily technician schedules and service calls
-Monitor & follow up with service requests and technician routes
-Entering purchase orders, contracts, and notes on customer accounts
-Responsible for accounts receivable & collections
-Maintain customer database
Job Requirements:
-Experience using Microsoft Office
-Punctuality and strong work ethic
-Attention to detail
-Strong communication and Customer Service skills
-Ability to problem solve and work independently
-Satisfactory background check, drug screen and reference check
