JOB DESCRIPTION

Palmdale currently operates in more than 50 counties across Florida and provides a wide range of tailored commercial fuel and lubricant solutions to customers in the agricultural, industrial, construction, marine, and government sectors. Operating out of 15 locations statewide, the company is a leader in the industry in the procurement and sale of gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, commercial and industrial lubricants, and chemicals that are used across a diverse set of end markets. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vero.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting customers as they enter showroom
• Provide sales assistance for showroom products
• Collect payments and managing cash system
• Filling propane cylinders
• Receive and unload deliveries from forklift and manage corresponding paperwork
• Maintain gas pumps and area facilities
• Assist customers with cardlock set up
• Open and close duties of showroom
• Report daily and monthly fuel inventories and pump readings including tank levels and senor alarms
• Manage multiple communication channels via email, telephone and or face to face customer interaction
