Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who is motivated and wants to learn, grow, and contribute to our high-performance culture. This position requires organization, dependability, and having a good working knowledge of a variety of general Customer Service functions.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers who are making inquiries about their accounts or special requests as well as provide educated suggestions for best experiences to customers.
• Return voicemails and respond to email requests in rapid time.
• Maintains and updates customer records.
• Defused escalated calls, provide empathy, and win over disenchanted customers.
• Provide excellent Customer Service - Customer experience is at the core of what we do at Allied, so we are looking for someone who builds loyalty on every interaction.
• Promotes and actively seeks to develop positive internal (team members) and external (process excellence customers) relations. Collaborates across multiple organizational areas – we are looking for a team player because culture is everything for us. If you work and collaborate well with others, we want you.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

• Competitive compensation (DOE) ranging from $17.00-$20.00.
