Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Interact with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and provide product information.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle tracking and managing repairs sent in by customers
Generating Quotes and Sales Orders:
- Gather necessary information from customers to accurately create quotes and sales orders.
- Provide detailed explanations of quotes to customers.
- Input sales orders into the company's system accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order details such as product codes, quantities, pricing, payment terms, and shipping information.
- Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of quotes and sales orders and address any questions or concerns.
Accounts Receivables:
- Issue and send invoices to customers for goods or services rendered.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices, including correct pricing, quantities, and terms.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to track outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or mail to collect overdue payments.
- Prepare and send account statements to customers on a regular basis.
- Generate aging analysis reports to assess the status of outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales or Customer Service, to address customer inquiries or disputes related to accounts receivable.
Shipping:
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and schedule pickups or drop-offs.
- Generate shipping labels and ensure proper documentation is attached to each shipment.
Organization and Cleanliness:
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Properly store products in designated locations for easy retrieval.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
