SalaryCome join a growing company as a Partner Services Representative (PSR) in the Partner Services Department.
The role of the Partner Services Representative (PSR) is to ensure all online order entry communications are handled effectively and efficiently to the benefit of our clients, vendors, and employees. The PSR serves as an alternate point of contact for online order entry vendor/client issues. This position requires excellent communication skills with a desire to provide timely and complete follow-up as needed.
The PSR must exhibit a “Can do” attitude at all times, coordinating resources to provide outstanding service to our clients and vendors, while nurturing a positive, collaborative team atmosphere throughout Qualis.
Essential Skills/Requirements
- Communicates exceptionally well both verbally and in written form
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Organized and ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Time management ability
