Customer Service Representative - Haulers

What You Will Be Doing:
This position will be assisting customers and agents over the phone with payments, billing questions and changes made to personal auto policies. It performs various clerical duties to include data entry and identifies opportunities to improve the Customer Service experience, processes and communication.
Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Criminal Background Check may be ordered on final candidates.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to take the lead and guide customers/agents to a resolution in a calm and assuring manner.
- Exhibits great problem-solving skills and the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening, communication and organizational skills as well as strong computer skills.
- Insurance and Customer Service experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
