The Opportunity:
As the Client Success Expert (CSE) at our Costa Mesa headquarters, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for our clients and restaurant partners. Some responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Resolve product or service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Make inbound/outbound calls (100+ calls per day) to support our clients effectively.
- Confirm orders with restaurants to ensure the orders will be prepared on time.
- Utilize logic to identify innovative solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
The Experience
- High energy and passion for Customer Service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to be part of an innovative and dynamic team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- 1-2 years of Customer Service or restaurant experience is preferred.
